Zimbali proves to be a tough test of golf, but a beautiful one with some spectacular and challenging golf holes. The first 11 holes have been built on rolling, open land, and the final seven holes take you into the Zimbali Coastal Forest. It?s a difficult walk for the golfer, because of the hilly climbs between holes, which is why golf carts are compulsory.

There are lots of great golf holes, and one that stands out is the par-four 13th in front of the hotel and residential lodges, tumbling downhill through the tropical vegetation to a sloping golfing green.
