Selborne is a beautiful and charming estate golf course, where the houses do not impose on the golf holes. It feels very rural. The estate golf course is quite undulating, and with a nice mixture of short and long holes. The golfing area has a lot of water but the hazards are not to confrontational.

The par-five third is a unique golf hole, curving and sweeping downhill through an avenue of trees and bush to a golfing green protected by water.
