A South Africa golfing break would not be complete without playing golf in the Stellenbosch Winelands. The De Zalze Golf Course has made the most of a stunning setting with the Blaauwklippen River which winds its way through the course. De Zalze is managed and co-ordinated by Spier. The Blaauwklippen River winds its way through the golf estate and comes into play at various intervals.There are many parkland holes with its main defence coming from the water features on several of the holes. Fairways are surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and lavender fields.
