The Omaha Beach Golf Club was founded in 1985 by Guy Dupont and was designed by the famous golf architect, Yves Bureau who designed many golf courses in France and Egypt. Our club offers three 9-hole courses : The Sea with its 6th hole overlooking the English Channel at the charming fishing port of Port en Bessin; The Pond is quite challenging and is for the more experienced golfer; The Hedgerow features shades of different green and rhododendrons. The Omaha Beach Golf Club is in a magnificent setting overlooking the D-Day beaches, close to the Normandy American Cemetery where almost 10,000 American casualties are at the rest, and close to charming Bayeux and the artificial Harbor-Port Winston
