The Champ de Bataille golf course winds its way through the woods of the nearby Château. It follows the natural flow of the valleys and crosses the various lakes. The course covers 60 hectares and its layout blends with the centuries-old trees, together with the undergrowth which is overflowing with fern and huge clusters of rhododendrons. Built in 1990, it is the work of the American architect Robin Nelson and of the French landscape gardener Thierry Huau who were both determined to preserve the area's natural beauty.
